Please read the following to ensure you have all the information you need for this trip.
Program Dates
President’s Club will be held from May 14-18, 2008. You will stay at the
Frenchman’s Reef Marriott Beach Resort in St. Thomas.
Deadline for Registration
To ensure your travel arrangements are properly secured, all registrations must be completed by the following dates: US, Canada & Latin America: March 31, 2008; Europe: mid-March, 2008.
Hotel Extensions/Special Requests
Should you wish to extend your stay pre or post event dates at the Frenchman's Reef Marriott Beach Resort, please indicate your desired extension dates in the comments section when registering and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The room rate is $282.24 per night, inclusive of taxes. A maximum of 4 people are allowed per room. Note: Once you book an extension night and the hotel confirms your stay, you are 100% liable for the extension night.
If you would like other accommodation recommendations or need help making additional travel arrangements, please note this in the comments section of your registration for hotel. A Bell Micro Travel consultant can help plan and book trip extensions for a concierge fee of $75 per family.
- Any charges incurred as a result of your special request will be your responsibility.
- Bell Micro Travel Headquarters must have your completed online registration
before your request can be finalized.
A Travel Associate will contact you to verify your request. - Airfares are subject to change without notice. Therefore, please be aware that any additional airfare quoted for your special arrangements cannot be guaranteed until you have approved the issuance of your airline ticket.
- Once you have approved your special request and any non-refundable deposits have been paid and/or tickets have been issued, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred should you decide to change or cancel your plans.
Ground Transfers
Bell Micro will arrange ground transportation for you and your guest between Cyril E. King Airport and the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef for arrivals on Wednesday, May 14, and departures on Sunday, May 18, only. If your arrival or departure deviates from these dates, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Taxi fare from the airport to the resort is approximately $8.00 per person, $2.00 per bag, plus gratuity. The transfer time is approximately 25 minutes. Note: Taxi drivers will not accept credit cards.
Arrival Information
For Non U.S. Citizens: You will go through Immigration and Customs at your first point of entry onto U.S soil. If St. Thomas is your first point of entry, go through Immigration, pick up your luggage and go through Customs, then look for Travel Staff with Bell Micro signage to direct your to your transportation.
Departure Information
All attendees will receive a departure notice in their room on Friday, May 16. You will be taken to the airport 2 ½ hours prior to your airline departure to allow time for transfer, check-in and to go through Customs.
Children’s Policy & Child Care
The one guest of Bell Micro attendees must be 18 years or older to attend all evening events. Although we encourage attendees not to bring children, those who choose to bring families should note that the Frenchman’s Reef Marriott Beach Resort does NOT offer babysitting. You may contact the Adventure Center at (340) 776-8500, ext. 6811 prior to your visit or upon arrival to make arrangements for your needs.
Credit Cards
For your convenience, the Frenchman’s Reef Marriott Beach Resort accepts American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards for your personal expenses.
Gratuities
Bell Micro furnishes gratuities for all program activities. But feel free to tip on your own for any special or personal services you receive during your stay.
Hospitality Desk
During your stay in St. Thomas, travel staff will be stationed at the Bell Micro Hospitality Desk in the Island Atrium, 3rd floor. All times, function rooms, bulletins and schedule changes will be posted here. Stop by for help in arranging personal plans, for answers to travel questions and to reconfirm your daily activity schedule.
Internet
Bell Micro will provide complimentary Internet in your room for the program dates of May 14-18.
Meals
All meals during group program dates, May 14-18, 2008 will be included as part of all group functions. A cash allowance will be provided for meals designated At Leisure unless otherwise noted in the Itinerary and Program of Events. Lunches will not be served in conjunction with activities.
Mini-Bar
Your room may be equipped with a mini-bar. Please be advised that anything used from this bar will be charged to your individual account and the bill for items used will be presented to you upon checkout.
Name Badges
As a courtesy to your fellow travelers and to identify yourself as a guest of Bell Micro, please wear your name badge to all group events.
Roundtrip Airfare
Bell Micro has arranged roundtrip flights to and from your nearest major airport to St. Thomas, U.S.Virgin Islands.
Personal Expenses
You will be responsible for any additional charges you incur. These include phone calls, valet and laundry service, personal bar bills and meals not included in your St. Thomas Daily Itinerary. The resort cashier will keep a separate record of these expenditures for you. Please be sure to settle your personal account with the resort cashier prior to checkout. For your convenience, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and VISA are accepted for payment. Please pay your personal incidental account at checkout.
Program Inclusions
You are the special guest of Bell Micro. Your host has arranged all roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, designated meals, hosted activities, luggage handling, transfers and taxes connected with events specified in your Program Agenda.
