Infortrend offers the Priority Support Plan (PSP) to all customers. The Priority Support Plan (PSP) is an optional suite of support programs that supplement Infortrend's standard three-year RTB (return-to-base) warranty. PSP service is offered in two levels ranging from advance replacement parts to onsite service support. Infortrend will cover the shipping cost of the replacement part to the customer and also the return of the faulty part back to Infortrend. Contact your sales representative to purchase a PSP contract when you buy your new Infortrend RAID array. Also don't forget to ask about the Extended Warranty.
