The TrueNorth Channel Partner Program offers three partner levels: Platinum, Gold, and Associate.
Solution Sales - Channel partners are authorized to Resell or Subcontract specially packaged Global Solution Services offerings for Hitachi Data Systems to deliver. Partners also may apply to become a Certified Solution Provider, which enables them to deliver specific services after meeting prerequisites and fulfilling certification requirements.
Maintenance and Installation Services -
TrueNorth Channel partners can fully engage with customers at both ends of service delivery: at installation and in follow-on maintenance. The Advanced Installation service offers a comprehensive installation process, and the Basic Installation service supports customers who have technicians capable of performing the necessary technical work for equipment installation. Weekday Basic, Standard, and Premium maintenance service levels correspond to three levels of customer requirements and support for Thunder 9500 V Series systems as well as Global Solution Services offerings.
