Frank is responsible for the Bell Microproducts’ Total Tec Systems division, which is located in Edison, New Jersey. He joined Bell Micro in November 2001 as part of the company’s acquisition of Total Tec Systems. He joined Total Tec Systems, Inc. in 1981 as a founding employee and held the position of vice president of sales for 11 years, becoming president in 1993.

Frank is a graduate of Montclair State College with a B.S. in mathematics. He earned an M.S. in administration from Seton Hall University. Frank taught mathematics and computer science, leading to a department chairman position in the Bloomfield, New Jersey Public School District before joining Total Tec.
