Dick is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the company's worldwide human resources programs and initiatives. He is located in San Jose.

Dick has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and an M.S. degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University. He served as a captain in the U.S. Army Special Forces including tours of duty in Vietnam.

Dick joined Bell Micro as Vice President of Human Resources in May 2000. He was formerly with Ampex Corporation for over fourteen years, most recently as Vice President of Administration with responsibility for worldwide human resources, finance, management information systems and other administrative functions of the company. Previously, Dick served in senior human resource management positions at Harris Corporation and FMC Corporation.
