Bill has responsibility for all financial matters of the company on a global basis. This includes corporate accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, planning and internal controls, as well as the financial functions of all of our businesses.

Bill joined Bell Micro in August, 2007. For the year prior to joining the company, he was Managing Director for Financial Intelligence, a financial consulting company that provides interim strategic and other high-value financial consulting services to technology companies. Bill previously was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BroadVision, Inc., a leading global provider of web-based application software, where he had responsibility for all finance, IT, legal and operations. Previously, Bill held similar positions with Mainsoft Corporation, Phoenix Technologies and inSilicon Corporation.

Bill is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Business Administration.
