Andrew manages the worldwide legal functions for Bell Microproducts. He is responsible for all legal activities including corporate compliance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and serves as the legal adviser to the senior management of the company and its board of directors. Andrew joined Bell Microproducts in July of 2007 and is located in the company’s San José headquarters.

Prior to joining Bell Microproducts, Andrew worked in the Legal Department of LSI Logic Corporation for almost seven years and was named as that company’s General Counsel in May 2006. Previously, Andrew served as division counsel for several commercial divisions of Harris Corporation, and was a partner at the law firm of England, Whitfield, Schroeder & Tredway, LLP.

Andrew received his JD and MBA degrees from Santa Clara University and earned his BA at the University of California, Los Angeles.
