Bell Micro Financial Terms and Payment

Bell Micro offers a wide variety of financial services to meet the growing demands of our customers. Our team of specialists will work hard to accommodate financing programs that meet the needs of your growing business. To build your own custom program, work with your sales representative and choose one or more of the options below.

Open Terms

Our credit analysts will review your financial statements and other financial information to establish a credit line. We will use this information solely for the purpose of assigning a credit line within our policy requirements. Our standard open terms of sale are net 30 Days from the date of invoice.

Letter of Credit

If for some reason open terms are not appropriate, customers might want to consider establishing a letter of credit with its financial institution as a strategy for building a credit relationship.

Lockbox

This strategy leverages the financial strength of our customers' end-user company. The end-user customer remits payment directly to Bell Micro's lockbox. Within 3 days of receipt of payment from the end user, Bell Micro remits payment to the reseller. Use of a Lockbox is transparent to the end-user.

Flooring

Bell Micro works with financial partners to offer our customers anywhere from 30 to 60 days of interest-free financing programs. Programs can include extended payment programs, asset-based lines of credit and purchase order funding programs and term loan accommodations.

Leasing

Leasing may be a great option for your customers and a way for you to improve your margins. Leasing can offer your customers tax savings opportunities and preserve working capital while at the same time pay the reseller a portion of the lease.

Pay Invoices Online

Pay your Bell Micro invoices from anywhere via the web or by telephone. Sign up for this option and get the ability to pay your invoices with an ACH debit from your checking account.
